Cookies policy.
How cookies and similar technologies are used on this website.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember information about you and your visit. They are widely used to make websites work, improve user experience and provide analytics about how a site is used.
Analytics and cookies currently used on this site
This website (geminiampm.co.uk) sets no first-party tracking cookies. For traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless service that records aggregate figures such as page views and referrers without setting any cookies, without storing personal data, and without tracking you across websites. Because it sets no cookies and does not access information stored on your device, it does not require consent under PECR. No advertising or marketing tracking runs on this site.
The website is served via Cloudflare, which may set strictly-necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm for bot detection) for the security of the connection. These are essential for the site to operate safely and do not require user consent under PECR / the UK GDPR.
If you submit a form
Our contact and enquiry forms are handled by our own code running on Cloudflare and delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email provider. The contact form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA that does not use tracking cookies or profile you across sites.
Future tracking
We currently use only the cookieless analytics described above. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools that set non-essential cookies (for example Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, or LinkedIn Insight), we will update this policy and present a consent banner before any such cookies are set, in line with PECR and the UK GDPR.
How to control cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage and delete cookies in their settings. The Information Commissioner’s Office maintains plain-English guidance at ico.org.uk/your-data-matters/online/cookies/.
