Fire, security & ventilation
for Leisure Centres.

Leisure buildings are among the hardest ventilation environments in the public estate: pool halls running warm, humid, chlorine-laden air that corrodes what it touches, changing villages needing constant extract, and café kitchens cleaned to TR/19. We deliver the ventilation backbone alongside fire detection and security sized for high transient occupancy — sports halls, spectator areas and plant rooms included. At Splashpoint Leisure Centre that corrosion had claimed the fire and smoke dampers themselves; we replaced them and remediated the fire stopping without closing the pool above.
