Detection has to be flame and aspirating rather than point smoke; door entry and readers in classified zones must carry ATEX ratings; suppression in control rooms and switchgear follows BS EN 15004 with six-monthly servicing. Compartmentation is the primary line of defence when vapour or thermal events outrun detection. We engineer to DSEAR zoning and keep the paperwork inspection-ready.
